Shipping

How many days does it take to get my order?

Please allow 48 hours for us to prepare your order and 5-7 business days for shipping.

* Our shipping fees do not include any duties or taxes

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally.

*Please note that duties and taxes are NOT included in the international shipping cost

Who do I contact if I haven’t received my order even though my tracking information says it was delivered?

We ship our items to you via USPS. If there seems to be a problem with your order being delivered to you or you think it’s lost, USPS is your first line of contact.

USPS lost my package. Can I get my item replaced?

Yes. In the event that USPS misplaces or loses your order, we are happy to send a replacement.

Returns/Exchanges

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, you can exchange an item for another of equal or lesser value.

Can I return / exchange an item?

Yes. However, you are responsible for any shipping costs to us.

If I want to return / exchange an item, how do I do that?

Email our customer service department at support@twolier.com with your request and include your Online Order ID #.

How long do I have after receiving my order to exchange it?

You can exchange your item within 14 days after receiving it.

Do you offer cash refunds?

No.

Damages

If my item becomes damaged, can I get it replaced?

Yes. We will happily send you a new one, please email support@twolier.com with your order # and a photo of the damaged piece.

What is your replacement policy?

We have a 30 day replacement policy starting from the day it was delivered. We will replace any broken or tarnished pieces. Please email support@twolier.com with your order # and a photo of the piece that is broken or tarnished.

Discount Codes

Can I use more than one discount code for one order?

No, only one discount code may be used at a time.
