We at twolier understand that ordering a dress online can be challenging. If you receive a dress that doesn't fit, please notify us immediately and we will do everything in our power to get you the size that will work for you.

There is no restocking fee if you are exchanging a dress for a different size, but it must be the same style and color that you originally ordered, and the listing must show the size as being available (we do not guarantee availability until the original dress purchased actually is received by our warehouse). The dress that you request for an exchange is based on availability. If the dress is sold out by the time we receive your dress back we will do our best to find an alternative for you and inform you.

Upon receiving the dress back, we will exchange it for you. Items can only be exchanged once. If the exchange is not as wished, you can return the item for a regular refund or store credit and place a new order.

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to exchange the dress from the time we receive it back.

Please understand that most formal dresses need some alteration in order for it to fit perfectly. If you need help locating a tailor or seamstress in your area, please let us know and we will recommend one in your area.


We at twolier take personal pride in our customer service and ability to get you the perfect dress. We relish the opportunity to correct and/or help with any issues you might have.

If you wish to return a dress, please notify us immediately. You have 14 days from the time you receive the dress to return it back to us. Any dress received after the 14 days will be refused.

All returns for a refund will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please note: we do not profit from the restocking fee. This is a fee that our supplier charges us and is part of our contract.

All dresses are fully inspected before exchanges or refunds are issued. The item must be in the original condition with the tags attached to the dress. No items will be accepted that have been worn, soiled, flawed, smell of cigarettes, perfume, other odors or are covered with animal hair. If your item does not pass the inspection, item will be returned to buyer at buyer's expense.

Please keep in mind that we do not have you here to measure the dress against your body. Sizing is not an exact science and we allow all of our customers to exchange their dress from one size to another with no restocking fee charge so that you can get the correct size, so full refunds will not be offered for dresses that don’t fit.

Again, there is no restocking fee if you are exchanging the dress for a different size as long as it's the same style and color, and the listing shows that it is available. We cannot exchange a dress for a size that is not listed.

We hand measure all of our dresses against the size chart before shipping please keep in mind most formal dresses will require some minor alteration in order for it to fit you perfectly

All of our dresses come with a red security tag that states "Removal Of This Tag Renders This Garment Nonreturnable. Try the dress on first, and carefully inspect it before removing the tags.

All Sale items are final sale. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale and clearance items.

Once your item is received and inspected by our Customer Service Team (usually within 1-3 days of receipt), your claim will be processed and a credit, refund, or replacement will be issued within 3 – 5 business days.Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account after they have received the information from us.


After an order was placed by you, our warehouse gets ready to pack and ship it out as soon as possible so you can receive your dress right in time. In case you want to cancel an order before it was shipped please do within an hour after you placed your order since we charge a 10% cancellation fee otherwise.
